Your Free Property Evaluation report may contain the following information:
Sold Value of Neighbouring Properties of Similar Size / Type
A survey of what homes have recently sold for on your street and in your area is the largest factor in determining the basic value of your home. The report should contain recent solds as well as those from the previous year.
List Values of Neighbouring Properties of Similar Size / Type
A survey of what similar homes are currently listed at in your area.
Unique Property Traits
If there are some characteristics of your property that differentiate it from others, these will be taken into account
Price Range Given the extent of information provided, the evaluator may give you a price range for your property.
Other recommendations Your evaluator may give you some recommendations on increasing the value of your property, preparing it for sale, or suggesting a good time to sell it, if you desire.
